It’s quite addicting, even though the loading time can be pretty painful…

You need:
chicken
onion
mirin
soy sauce
dried bonito
skillet
yellow onion
egg
25 mins
rice (super important)
msg (optional)
How to: (this recipe is super duper hard, so please read my instructions carefully!)
Cut boneless chicken to small edible pieces.
Cut yellow onion (indo: bawang bombay)
Marinate for a while (eh, 5 - 15 mins?) with soy sauce & dried bonito (it already contains the super powder a.k.a MSG, so I don’t put more MSG. But if you want, feel free to add it.)
